1. What this policy covers

This policy explains when you can get a refund for payments made to JCR Educareer Pvt. Ltd. (courses, training, placements, or other services) and how to ask for one.

2. Who can ask for a refund

You can request a refund if:

  • You paid for a course or service and it was not delivered as promised.

  • You cancelled a paid service within a stated cancellation period (if the service page or invoice shows one).

  • We made an error with billing (double charge, wrong amount, etc.).

We do not guarantee refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless a refund or trial policy is shown at the time of purchase.

3. Items that are usually non-refundable
  • Access to digital content after access has been granted (recorded videos, downloadable materials) — unless otherwise stated at purchase.

  • Services or sessions that were fully delivered and used.

  • Fees paid to third parties (payment gateway fees, taxes) are non-refundable if we cannot recover them.

  • Any product or service explicitly marked “non-refundable” before purchase.

If you are unsure whether your purchase is refundable, check the specific product/course page or your purchase confirmation.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please send an email to jcreducareer@hotmail.com with:

  • Subject: Refund Request — [Your Order ID or Course Name]

  • Your full name, contact number, and the email used to buy.

  • Order ID, invoice, or payment reference.

  • Date of purchase and reason for refund.

  • Any supporting documents (screenshots, receipts, messages).

You can also call 80544-86544 for help, but email is preferred so we have all details in writing.

5. What we need from you

We may ask for:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, payment screenshot).

  • Evidence that the service was not delivered (if applicable).
Please provide these quickly to speed up the process.

6. Refund review and decision

We will review your request and the supporting information. If your request meets our refund criteria, we will approve the refund. If we need more information, we will ask you.

(If your purchase included a special refund policy or trial — we will follow the terms shown at the time of purchase.)

7. How refunds are issued
  • Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

  • If the original method is unavailable, we may offer refund by bank transfer or another agreed method.

  • Refunds may be subject to deductions for non-recoverable bank or gateway fees where applicable.

8. Partial refunds

In some cases (for example, partial use of a service or session), we may offer a partial refund. The amount will depend on how much of the service was used and any costs we incurred.

9. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a course or service for any reason, you will be offered:

  • Full refund, or

  • Transfer to another scheduled batch or similar service (if you prefer).

10. Chargebacks and disputes

If you file a chargeback with your bank or card company, we will respond with evidence about the transaction. If the chargeback is found in your favor, the bank will refund you and we will adjust our records.

Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may lead us to suspend or block future services.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The new version will have a new “Effective date.” When important changes are made, we will post them on our website.

12. Questions or complaints

If you have questions or are unhappy with our decision, email jcreducareer@hotmail.com or call 80544-86544. We’ll do our best to help.
